Our Service Care Centre team are dedicated to solving any problem you experience with one of our pricing guns. Lesley Smith, Service Care Controller, has over 12 years of experience and she works to the highest standards of professionalism. She gives advice to customers over the phone or in writing and runs a highly effective repairs service.
Over the years, she has handled everything from difficulties changing label rolls in pricing guns, to guns that have been steam-rollered! Not even a Monarch pricing gun can survive a steam-roller so Lesley also advises customers on the best replacements and can offer upgrades on older guns.
