LOKPRINT™

Printing systems for high durability fabric labels, with optional cutters and stackers.

LOKPRINT™ is Paxar’s unique technology to produce labels with extreme wash resistance, all with the ease and flexibility of full computer control. LOKPRINT™ labels are printed and fused in-line, making them tough enough to resist the most demanding wash processes:

• Stone wash
• Overdye
• Bleach
• Enzyme wash
• Industrial laundering

LOKPRINT™ labelling systems are already hard at work in jeanswear and casual clothing manufacturing sites providing in-plant labelling solutions where extreme levels of label durability are required.

Other applications for LOKPRINT™ systems include the workwear and commercial laundry sectors where, again, there is the demand for labels which can stand up to tough repeated washing processes. LOKPRINT™ labels will stand up to the harshest washes and remain durable for the life of the garment.

Printers

You can choose from two printer models to meet your specific needs:

Paxar 636 LOKPRINT™ I: Single-side print system.

636 LOKPRINT™ produces single-sided fabric labels on a range of soft polyester tapes. LOKPRINT™ labels are strong enough to survive the harshest environments yet soft enough for skin contact applications.

Paxar 676 LOKPRINT™ II: 2-side print system.

 LOKPRINT™II combines proven LOKPRINT™ label durability with two-side print capability: labels are as tough as ever but are now more economical as the data can be printed on both sides of the fabric.

Consumables

Paxar offers a range of woven edge tapes and inks specially engineered to be used with the LOKPRINT™ printers all of which are available in convenient kit format containing matched quantities of fabric and ink. These include soft white polyester woven edge tapes, either single or double side satin, for beautifully soft feeling labels. Don’t let the comfort of the label fool you though for these labels are tough and will withstand the harshest of washes.

If you want to add value and enhance your brand further then add a colourful look to your labels with Paxar’s custom colour versions of the satin LOKPRINT™ tape range. Why not add a lighter touch to your spring collection with pastel shades or a more dramatic look for autumn and winter with a slightly deeper hue. Let us match your corporate colours with our labelling fabrics. Alternatively a small range of coloured LOKPRINT™ inks is available which will also add a splash of colour to your labelling.

For those who prefer a more rugged look with print durability to match then why not consider Paxar’s natural look LOKPRINT™ herringbone weave tapes for your garment labels. These tapes are available in white or our ever popular ecru for a real rough and ready look and feel. The tapes can be used for care and content information or a fresh new way to produce your branding labels.
