Thermal ink ribbons for Paxar Monarch overprint machines (supplied ex-stock)*

General Purpose Wax

High performance wax based transfer ribbons for use with uncoated and coated face papers and boards. 

Ribbons are carefully tested on a broad and controlled range of substrates in order to maximise print quality throughout the overprint speed and substrate range of the printer.

Suited to customer applications in retail, logistics and other fields.

Premium Wax Resin

Premium quality wax/resin based ribbons developed for use on synthetic substrates, fashion tags and paper based applications were extra print durability is likely to be required.

Compatability wth most polyethylene, polypropylene and other synthetics in label and tag form. 

Ideal for use in outdoor retail and industrial environments.

Super Premium Resin

The Super Premium ribbon offers the highest durability, heat resistance and chemical resistance from the current range. When matched with very smooth coated polyester films or other synthetics it is ideally suited for electronics and industrial applications.

When used in conjunction with premium coated papers, polyethylenes and polypropylenes this recipe offers a super premium logistics label ideal for modes of transport where conditions are harsh and abrasion high.

Thermal transfer ink ribbons for printing fabric labels on Paxar 636, 656, 676, SNAP 500, 600 and 610, 611, 612 garment label printers

HS ink series

Excellent all-round foils for printing fabric labels, supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched core with 500m put up. These foils are suitable for printing on a variety of fabric types including coated polyesters, coated nylons and uncoated polyester satins.

HS foils offer very good print and wash resistance and in many cases very good dry clean performance also.

Available in widths between 25mm and 130mm.

CT ink series

Ink foils formulated for printing labels on polyester based fabrics, supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched core with 500m put up. Suitable for use with coated polyesters and uncoated polyester satins, however, they are not suitable for use with most coated nylon fabrics.

Print and wash performance are very good but these inks are not recommended for use in dry clean applications.

Available in widths between 25mm and 130mm.

XC4111 ink

Very good all-round black foil for printing fabric labels, supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched cores with 500m put up.

Suitable for coated/ uncoated polyester fabrics and coated nylons. Very good print, wash and dry clean performance.

Available in widths between 25mm and 130mm.

DC1181 ink

Beautiful metallic silver foil for printing fabric labels, especially on black fabrics, supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched cores with 500m put up. Suitable for coated and uncoated polyester satin fabrics.

Very good print and wash performance.

TT Ink series

Standard range of foils for use with paper and board stocks,     

supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched cores with 500m put up.   

Suitable for coated and uncoated stocks. Good smudge/smear     

resistance.                 

Available in widths between 25mm and 130mm.   

GP1111 Ink

General purpose, economical black foil for use with paper and board stocks, supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched cores with 500m put up.

Suitable for coated and uncoated stocks. Reasonable smudge/smear resistance.   

Available in widths between 25mm and 130mm.  

XC2111 Ink

Excellent black foil for use with paper and board stocks, supplied ink-out on proprietary Paxar notched cores with 500m put up.

Suitable for coated and uncoated stocks. Very good smudge/smear resistance. Excellent scratch resistance.
