Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for quick questions. No appointments are necessary unless you would like to schedule one. Virtual appointments are also available during office hours.

Services

  • Communicating with students and families regarding availability of bill and tuition payment through MUHUB 
  • Collecting payments for tuition and fees of all student programs via cash or check
  • Providing notary public services (four commissioned notaries)
  • Distributing faculty, staff, and student reimbursements
  • Collecting and disbursing of SGA funds
  • Collecting and depositing of all university event revenues
  • Communicating between Financial Aid and Registrar Offices
  • Management of third party billing (i.e. AmeriCorps, GI Bill/other Military Benefits, Vocational Rehabilitation, Workforce Development, etc.)

  • All online services are accessed via MUHUB under the Student Finance tab through student or student proxy access

Third-Party Billing Management

    • 2022 tax forms will be available by January 31, 2023 on . Visit MUHUB prior to January 1, 2023 to opt in to receive an electronic form. Person proxy must have tax information included in their access to retrieve the form. Students must complete the opt-in process.
